Cerchi un dessert fresco e goloso da gustare senza sensi di colpa?
Prova subito il mio dolce con ricotta, marmellata ai fichi e mandorle, perfetto anche a colazione insieme ad un buon caffè. 😋

INGREDIENTI:
🔹150 g di ricotta magra (sostituibile con yogurt greco)
🔹Un cucchiaio di marmellata bio ai fichi
🔹30 g di mandorle tostate in forno

PROCEDIMENTO:
1️⃣ Mescolare bene la ricotta o lo yogurt per creare una crema liscia.
2️⃣ Amalgamare la marmellata con la crema ottenuta
3️⃣ Versare nel bicchiere e guarnire con la granella di mandorle tostate

Per 2 porzioni:

– 1 cucchiaino di curry delicato in polvere

– 1/2 tazza di yogurt greco bianco

– 1 cucchiaio di succo di limone

– 2 tortillas di quinoa o integrali

– 250 grammi di pollo o tacchino arrosto e tagliato a pezzi

– insalata ( iceberg, lattuga, scarola) q. b.

– 170 grammi di quinoa cotta e fatta raffreddare

– 2 cucchiai di albicocche essiccate ( se piacciono)

In una ciotolina mescolare lo yogurt, il succo di limone e il curry. Spalmare il composto e uno strato di quinoa sulle tortillas, aggiungere ll’ insalata, il tacchino a pezzi e le albicocche essiccate. Arrotola le tortillas tipo burritos.

500 ml di latte di soia

3 cucchiai di fecola di patate

50 ml di olio vegetale

4 cucchiai di zucchero di canna

Vaniglia

1 pizzico di curcuma

Riscalda leggermente l’olio, unisci la fecola mescolando letamente con una forchetta, unisci il latte a filo mescolando con una frusta poi subito lo zucchero per incorporarlo bene e gli altri ingredienti.

Puoi utilizzare la crema pasticcera Light per guarnire la pastafrolla senza glutine!

300 grammi farina di mandorle
4 cucchiai di miele
12 cucchiai di farina di riso
3 albumi
Acqua quanto basta

Unisci le farine, impasta con una forchetta aggiungendo gli albumi, il miele e l’acqua lentamente. La pastafrolla va lavorata velocemente e messa a riposo in frigorifero, coperta da pellicola trasparente, per circa 30 minuti. Poi va cotta in forno per circa 45 minuti alla temperatura di 160 gradi.
